1.How I Place A Order?
1. Log on to our website brandedhouse.com.my, first time purchasers will need to sign up as our member.
2. To add an item to your cart, click on shop, click on the item you want and click “Add to cart” with your desired number of products.
3. To review your items, click on the ‘Cart’ icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
4. Click on ‘check out’ to proceed payment.
5. If you have an applicable 'Promo Code', fill it in the ‘Have voucher’ column. Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code.
6. Fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option, then click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed with the payment.
7. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
2. How do I know if my order went through?
Kindly login to our website and check on ‘My orders’ under account.
3.Can I make changes to or cancel my order once it's been placed?
Unfortunately, once you have successfully made an order, we are unable to perform any cancellation of your orders as your orders will be prepared very quickly and be ready to ship.
